Both snow play areas in Big Bear are in full swing and drawing a crowd. These photos are of Big Bear Snow Play which is located on east side of town next to Motel 6. The other tubing area is at the Alpine Slide just west of the Village on Red Ant Hill. The Big Bear Municipal Water District operates both public boat launch ramps located on the  North Shore. The West ramp is now closed for the season but the East ramp is on it's late season schedule which is open through November 30th - 7 am to 3 pm.  There is still time to enjoy some boating on our beautiful lake. … [Read more...]
