Big Bear Foreclosure Numbers – April 2010
Foreclosure filings in Big Bear dropped 6% in April 2010 when compared to March. Year over year, foreclosure filings were down 4% from the April 2009 numbers, the fourth month in a row that foreclosure filings were down year over year. Home sales in Big Bear remained relatively stable in April 2010 while prices dropped pretty significantly. Big Bear Home Sales Home sales in April were up 3% when compared to the March sales (76 v. 74). Year over year, sales are up 21% from April 2009, more good news for the market.
