These are the quick stats for the week –
45 new residential listings for the week – 4 bank owned, 10 short sales, and 31 organic. As I pointed out yesterday, look for short sale listing to increase over the next few months as banks try to work these sales more.
16 new residential closed sales for the week – 7 bank owned, 2 short sales, and 8 organic.
22 new residential pending sales for the week – 7 bank owned, 2 short sales, and 13 organic. The 22 included two high end lakefront properties, and word on the street it is the same buyer who purchased the $2.8 million dollar lakefront a few weeks ago. Someone’s got some money to spend. These sellers should be buying lottery tickets, they are that lucky!

Big Bear Foreclosure Update For The Week
These 7 properties went back to the bank last week, expect to see them hit the market soon.
Below are the Big Bear properties that are set up to be auctioned for sale over the next week, quite a few I might add. If you are looking for a deal, and you have the cash available, one of these could be that property (though it might be a little late if you are just finding out about them now). The best way to buy one of these properties at a Trustee’s sale is to know about it months in advance. That is something I can help you with.
