The area known as “Heavenly Valley” is an upscale neighborhood of custom homes, located below the Snow Summit winter resort, bordered roughly by Summit Blvd to the west and Moonridge Road to the east.  Some of the estate-size parcels back to the National Forest or undeveloped acreage.  The proximity to Snow Summit makes this a popular area for luxury vacation homes, as well as full-time residences.
